The new My Weigh Durascale is an extreme high precision instrument.  Unlike other precision pocket scales the Durscale uses TRUE 10,000 DIVISION (D-100) German-Made HBM Sensors.

The Palmscale is an old favorite of ours. This scale was first introduced several years ago and immediately took the market by storm. It actually changed the entire face of the miniscale market with it's beautiful design and wild colors. The Palmscale was the first scale to be available in such a multitude of colors. Even today, only the Palmscale makes such inspiring colors as "Military Camouflage", "Incandescent Mother of Pearl", "Flame-Job", "True Chrome", "Disco" and much more. It seems they make about 10 different colors of the Palmscale with more coming all the time. We remember the first time we saw the Palmscale, we were absolutely amazed at it's design. The Palmscale has a hydro-hinge. This means you simply press the open-button and the scale automatically, slowly opens by itself. Once the scale is open, you'll be impressed by the thick genuine stainless steel tray. The new Palmscale 5.0 boasts a 30% larger LCD display with a backlight. We have always loved the Palmscale. No matter how many other cool scales we've seen, this one has always been in our hearts as the ORIGINAL. That being said we put the new Palmscale 5.0 through the grid iron of standard tests. It passed every test with flying colors. We were most impressed by the drop test results (not a single Palmscale quit on us). Linearity was perfect, +/- 0.1g as well as accuracy and repeatability. The Palmscale is incredibly easy to recalibrate with just the press of a single button.

The Palmscale will always be a very popular scale. It's still the leader of the Pocket Scale market and the one that we all look to judge other scales by.
Recommendations: When buying a Palmscale always choose one that best suits your personality. At this time of this article, "Camouflage" was sold out (apparently this scale is popular among the military as well). Although this scale is extremely durable, we recommend storing it in it’s leather carrying pouch when not in use. This will help prevent shock or injury to the scale if you drop it. If you're in the market for a Pocket Scale, you simply can't go wrong with the Palmscale.
