Order Process

Once an order is complete, Online Growshop Alien and the customer will receive an Order Confirmation. This is the only data we have nothing else is stored on our computers. The Order Confirmation is the only data we have from our customer. Once the package is shipped, we remove the upper part of the Order Confirmation which contains your shipping info. We only keep the lower half which is the Order Number and Products ordered. All shipping is done on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Seed Orders Stealth

If you only wish to purchase seeds, you must select the option "seeds-graines-zaden" when checking out. By doing this, you will be granted lower shipping costs for seed orders only. You may not use this option if you buy products. We use Priority Shipping WorldWide for seed orders which means all customers will receive their order in 2-10 days for Europe and 7-18 days Outside of Europe. Seeds are packed in crushproof hard-plastic and again covered stealth. Secure, stealth and crushproof shipping.

Seeds Traxity

This option is only available in the following country's for the moment:United Kingdom,Germany,Sweden,Portugal,Finland,Ireland,Spain,Brasil Slovakia,Denmark,Iceland,Luxembourg and Schotland (3days). Traxity means that your package will be send with the speed of a courier service, meaning that your package should arrive after 2 days from the day we send it out. This is the fastest possible delivery we can offer and at a reasonable price. Besides a fast delivery , you will also have the option to track your package untill it arrives at your doorstep. A traxity package gets a barcode that will get scanned during its travel. So if you want a secure and fast delivery and want to be able to check up if your package is actually underway, choose traxity.

Before you order, make sure that you are aware of the local laws in the country you live in. We take no responsability for any actions that you are to make with our supplies.
All orders will be sent out in a neutral package, without any noticeable writings or pictures on the package. We dont put anything else in the package that is related to us. Even no bill. The order confirmation sent by e-mail is your receipt.
Delivery: We ship out our orders 2-3 times a week. Estimated arrival depends on your country, mostly within 2 days-3 weeks.

Europe

Package Track and Trace

Customers in Europe have the option to track their package and follow it untill it arrives at the destination. We have found this option rarely used because most orders arrive after or within 1 weeks time. When we ship your package it will get a barcode, which is scanned several times through out its travel. We can give you this code and a web adress for you to track it on. If you want this option request it in "Notice to Us" when making your order.

Priority

If you choose priority for shipment option your package should arrive after or within one week time counting from the day we sent out your package in Europe. We only offer Priority for orders in Europe to ensure fast delivery,for customers outside europe we offer also Priority Shipping (2 days-2 weeks) and Priority Express which is the fastest possible shipment method. Express shipments get Priority above everything else in the land of destination.

Priority shipments for Europe will take between 2-6 days for the packages to arrive. From May 1 2004 Europe is expanding and we will also send Priority Europe to: Estonia,Hongary,Latvian, Lithuania,Poland,Slovenia,Slovakia and Tsjechië. It will take 5-7 days for packages to arrive in these new European country's.

Traxity

Traxity is a new shipping option since 17-04-2004 comparable with the speed of a courrier service. Which makes sure that your package arrives after two days. Cheaper then a courier but almost just as fast! Traxity shipments can be tracked on the internet. This is only possible for a shipment up to a weight of 2 kg maximum. And only to the following country's for the moment:Germany,Ireland,Portugal,Sweden,United Kingdom,Finland,Ijsland,Schotland (3days) and Denmark.

Outside Europe

Outside Europe Priority Express

This is the fastest shipping option we can offer non-european customers. This option costs a litte extra but shipments get handled faster then normal priority shipments. Full Priority all the way. We recommand this option for the fastest possible delivery when ordering abroad.

Weight: Maximum weight of 20 kg per order is allowed for outside europe. Maximum weight of 30 kg per order inside europe.

For very large orders we can ship the goods by truck or other ways of shipping and reductions are negotionable. Contact us to know more.
