Note: recommanded product, very easy to move your grow light up or down without problems. To be able to move your grow light down u need to press the small button on top of your easy glider otherwise it wont move. Simply hook the Easy rollers on an appropriate fixture, fasten the nylon suspension cord to the hanging brackets on the reflector, adjust to the require height and tighten the butterfly clamp to secure.
